Duties: Lead a team of technical advisors and producer program advisors to support ranchers and farmers to implement sustainable and regenerative farming practices on their operations. Provide strategic guidance and oversight to technical agricultural advisors and program staff to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Lead and manage an experienced team of producer-facing advisors and recruiters that are responsible for implementing agricultural programs on the ground. Oversee the execution of programs and pilots, while advancing specific goals for individual programs. Lead the development of process and procedures that enhance implementation efficiency and consistency of project implementation. Assess program effectiveness through data analysis and performance metrics and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to develop, refine, and implement programs. Utilize knowledge of regenerative agriculture practices and agriculture carbon landscape to provide expert support to the team, helping them navigate challenges and make informed decisions. Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to effectively convey the value and impact of sustainability programs to external audiences. Foster strong relationships with producers, stakeholders, and partners to enhance program effectiveness and build a network of support. Represent the company externally on webinars, trade-shows, and industry events to amplify value preposition of the programs. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Food Science, or a related field of study. Five (5) years related experience as a Marketing Lead, Seed Treatment; Global Marketing Manager; Crop Manager; Associated Brand Manager, or related occupation in the agricultural industry. Experience is required and must include: Leading agricultural experts in optimizing a portfolio of products including implementing strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance market positioning through customer feedback analysis, market data utilization, and strategic field trial planning; Leading teams of agricultural professionals by managing budgets, negotiating contracts, driving sales growth, and data-driven decision making; Working in multiple sectors of agriculture and with producers (growers) directly; Working effectively across diverse teams of marketing, sales, technical agronomy, and research; and Implementing process improvements, reducing complexity, and increasing efficiency in time and budget constrained environments. 30% Domestic travel required. *THIS POSITION IS 100% Remote*
