Producer Advisor Remote

Role Summary
We are seeking a Producer Advisor to join our growing organization. You will serve as AgSpire’s external representative to producers and regional agricultural organizations, responsible for building and managing long-term producer relationships, expanding AgSpire’s presence across the region, and guiding producers into appropriate AgSpire programs. This role is relationship-driven and target-oriented, with a strong emphasis on outreach, enrollment, and ongoing account management. The ideal candidate will have direct experience collaborating with beef and row crop producers, along with knowledge of regenerative farming and ranching practices. They should be a self-starter who thrives in a fast- paced, ever-changing, and ambiguous environment, demonstrating strong verbal and written skills.
Technical Advisor, Herd Management Remote

Role Summary
We are seeking a Technical Advisor, Herd Management with strong beef cattle herd management to join our growing team. This unique role blends on-the-ground support to ranchers enrolled in our programs with behind-the-scenes data and program management. The successful candidate will have hands on experience with beef cattle health, nutrition, and reproduction and will be comfortable using digital tools to track data, support reporting, and contribute to program improvement. You will serve as a trusted resource to producers, providing one-on-one technical assistance, helping implement practices that lead to improvement on heard efficiency and productivity, while ensuring alignment with producer goals and animal performance metrics. A strong understanding of regenerative farming and ranching practices—such as forage, range, cover crops, and grazing management—is preferred. This full-time, remote, salaried position reports to the Director of Technical Assistance.
