Implementation

Farmers and ranchers are at the heart of our work at AgSpire. Our Producer Programs and Technical Assistance team is skilled at helping producers unlock the benefit of regenerative agriculture and sustainable management techniques. This boots-on-the-ground approach to implementation leads to more quality long-term results -- for the producers, for supply chain partners, and for the environment at large.

Our Capabilities

Armed with practical solutions, expert technical assistance, and established trust from producers, we bring our producer-centric approach to implementation, offering:

    • Recruitment and enrollment through our producer network
    • Technical assistance for practice adoption
    • Data collection and MMRV management
    • Overall project management

About Our Producer Network

AgSpire’s producer network is comprised of a diverse group of farmers and ranchers, united by an interest in practices that improve their operation’s long-term resilience. Launched in January 2024, we manage this network for quality recruitment for supply shed programs and interventions. This approach advances sustainability goals for our partners, while achieving results on the ground for farmers and ranchers.

Sustainable Ranching for Walmart Beef Supply Chain

The AgSpire team worked with Walmart to develop a program that improves soil health, ensures long-lasting resilience for participating ranchers, and advances sustainability goals within Walmart’s beef supply chain. Our team worked with ranchers to ensure that additional practices were being implemented and helped them navigate the landscape of public and private incentive programs in their specific states.

One of the things that I like about AgSpire is that they're very focused on programs that help the farmer... They're encouraging practices that a lot of farmers would say - yes, that is a benefit to me; I want to do that.
