What You will Do:
- Own and manage a portfolio of producers’ relationships from initial outreach through enrollment and ongoing engagement.
- Serve as trusted advisors to ranchers and farmers, providing guidance on regenerative and sustainable practices aligned with their operational goals.
- Match producers to appropriate AgSpire programs and clearly communicate program value, requirements, and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local producer associations, industry groups, and agribusiness partners to expand AgSpire’s regional presence.
- Collaborate closely with AgSpire’s Enrollment Specialists to support recruitment, enrollment progress, and producer communications.
- Partner with AgSpire’s Technical Advisors to support program development, verification, and delivery of technical recommendations such as grazing, implementation, or feed plans.
- Collect, manage, and maintain accurate producer data, documentation, and reporting using AgSpire’s CRM and data platforms.
- Participate in outreach and marketing activities including trade shows, seminars, and producer meetings.
- Support marketing efforts by contributing regional insights, producer perspectives, and relationship-driven outreach strategies.
What We Are Looking For:
- Demonstrated experience in relationship-based roles such as producer advising, account management, extension, sales, or field-based agricultural outreach.
- Experience and passion for working with and helping ranchers and farmers adopt regenerative agriculture practices.
- Highly motivated self-starter able to thrive in ambiguous situations.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficient at working in digital data-based platforms.
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote team environment.
General Information:
- Located in: South Dakota, Northern Nebraska or Western Minnesota
- Employment is contingent upon the job location. Any relocation must be pre-approved by the company.
- Substantial local/regional travel is expected (overnight travel 40-50 nights per year)
- Frequent sitting for long durations of time throughout the day is required.
- Occasional lifting and carrying of lightweight equipment during travel may be required (e.g. laptop bags, promotional materials, etc.)
- The ability to use a computer and type/use mouse for extended durations of the day is required.
- The ability to see and read text on a computer screen, as well as visual material for design and marketing purposes is required.
- The ability to hear and participate in remote meeting and discussions via audio conferencing or video calls is required.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license. Occasional driving may be required as needed for business purposes. Therefore, the ability to sit for an extended period while driving, having manual dexterity to handle the steering wheel, strong and visual acuity for driving various distances in different lighting conditions is required.
