AgSpire originated from the shared commitment of amplifying the adoption of regenerative agriculture practices, a passion deeply ingrained in the experiences of Matt Fenske (Founder) and Jared Knock (Founder). Drawing upon their extensive backgrounds in agriculture conservation and their understanding of available funding opportunities for farmers and ranchers, they had the vision of creating a company dedicated to amplifying regenerative agriculture practices while also creating a positive impact to rural communities. Upon joining forces with Aline DeLucia (Founder), whose strategic and operational experience enriched the team, AgSpire’s vision was set into motion. With Matt, Jared, and Aline’s lifelong involvement in agriculture, including active roles in their families’ operations, the foundation was laid for a company deeply rooted in the on-the-ground realities of farming and ranching.

With a groundswell of interest from farmers and ranchers looking to make conservation-based and sustainable improvements, our initial work focused on providing customized assistance to producers implementing regenerative practices. Using deep personal experience in agriculture, industry knowledge, and an understanding of available conservation programs, the founding team established AgSpire’s role as a trusted advisor to farmers and ranchers around the country.

Maintaining our steadfast commitment to producer needs, AgSpire has grown its team, capabilities, and impact. Today, we work with leading stakeholders in the food and agriculture industries, offering strategic project development and on-the-ground implementation, focusing on solutions that boost resiliency and efficiency for producers, while advancing sustainability goals for our clients. To accomplish this, our team combines expertise in corporate sustainability, with first-hand knowledge of the realities of farming and ranching from agronomists, grazing and rangeland advisors, and technical service providers.

Operating as a privately held for profit entity, AgSpire ownership is vested in four stakeholders with extensive agriculture expertise. We offer fee-based services to clients, designing and implementing impactful programs that operationalize sustainability goals. This unique model allows us to provide our services to farmers and ranchers at no cost to them, while simultaneously expanding the on-the-ground program options for their operations.
