Role Summary
We are looking for a Head of Producer Programs & Technical Assistance to lead a team of technical advisors and producer recruiters. You will play a pivotal role in executing sustainability programs and pilots, with a focus on regenerative agriculture practice implementation and achieving corporate sustainability goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong drive and self-motivation, as well as leadership, problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills. The ideal candidate needs to be comfortable working in an ever-changing, startup environment and thrive in solving ambiguous situations. Strong analytical, written, and presentation skills are essential, as well as experience and comfort with sustainability, regenerative agriculture practices, and agriculture carbon landscape.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage a team of technical advisors and producer recruiters, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Oversee the execution of sustainability programs and pilots, ensuring alignment with insetting protocols.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop, refine, and implement programs and implementation strategies.
- Utilize your knowledge of regenerative agriculture practices and agriculture carbon landscape to provide expert support to the team, helping them navigate challenges and make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to effectively convey the value and impact of sustainability programs to external audiences.
- Foster strong relationships with producers, stakeholders, and partners to enhance program effectiveness and build a network of support.
- Represent AgSpire externally on webinars, trade-shows, and industry events to amplify value preposition of the programs.
- Assist with the development of process and procedures that create efficiency and consistency for project implementation.
- Lead additional tasks and projects as needed/assigned to support AgSpire’s goals and ensure company’s success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Demonstrated experience leading a project or team, with clear impactful outcomes.
- Proven success in working in an ambiguous, fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote team environment.
- Self-started with exceptional people, communication and writing skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Preference Will be Given to Candidates With:
- Demonstrated subject knowledge on conservation practices and programs, sustainability efforts, and agriculture carbon landscape.
